Check-in

To ensure a comfortable arrival:

· Complete the online check-in with your personal information (and that of your companions).
· Indicate your arrival time. Check-in is guaranteed from 4:30 PM.
· If you arrive earlier and the room is not ready, we will pre-register you and you can enjoy a glass of cava while we introduce Altea.
· Reception is open until 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends. If you arrive later, it is essential to notify us.
· You can arrive by car directly to the hotel to unload your luggage. The staff will show you where to park. If you have booked parking, please check at reception.
· Please inform us in advance of allergies, dietary restrictions, or special preferences.
· If staying in one of our HOUSES or STUDIOS, it is important to stay in contact with the hotel to receive specific instructions upon arrival and accommodation. 966882500

Rules during your stay

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges:

· The hotel is a non-smoking space. Smoking incurs a €500 fine.
· Hotel items are for use during your stay. If you wish to purchase any, please notify the staff.
· Check the information about services and amenities available in your room.
· Please take care of the facilities. Damages or breakages (beyond normal use) will be charged to your account.
· Pets and additional persons not included in your booking are not allowed, nor children under 10 years old if staying at the Hotel.
· Security and night access: For safety reasons, the hotel doors remain closed at night without affecting your entry or exit. There will be no staff on-site between 10:00 / 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, but a hotel member is always available by phone to attend any emergencies. 966882500 / 629582222

Check-out

· Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
· You can pay your bill directly or via your portal and inform us of your departure time.
· If leaving before reception opens (8:00 AM), leave the keys in the room or at the counter.
· Reception is closed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; in case of emergency, call the hotel.
