March – Tequila and Mezcal Tasting 19-21 hours RSVP (Clase Azul plata, Cenote joven, Perro de San Juan cochinilla, El Occidental Oaxaca, El Recuerdo abocado with worm + Totopos with guacamole and pico de gallo and tacos de cochinita pibil and/or quesadillas.
April
-Creative Cocktail Workshop 19-2:30 hours RSVP (Rum, whisky, tequila, mezcal, gin and vodka, liqueurs) + montaditos.
-Floral Arrangement Workshop 18.30-20.30 Accompanied by a cocktail.
May
-Sushi Workshop 20-23.30 Accompanied by 1 initial spritz and a final cocktail.
-Whisky Tasting 19-21 (bourbon, rye, single malt, isley, blend) + Mini pulled pork burger, onion rice and chips with ranch sauce.
June
-Mexican Cartoneria Workshop 18.30-21.30 – They will learn the art of cartoneria and will finish by painting a sculpture that they will later take home accompanied by a Paloma cocktail.
-Valencian Paella 11-14.30 (Tuesday) portion of Valencian paella + spritz.
