One of the Best Ways to Enjoy Altea.
Here are just a few of our suggestions. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

    - Xef Pirata: Your GASTRO Pub. One of our favorites; gourmet cuisine made with quality ingredients, presented in small TAPAS-style dishes. A casual spot, perfect for a night out with friends or a cozy dinner for two. Be sure to book in advance.

    - Castell: Your Italian Spot. A restaurant located in the old town, very close to the church. A fantastic place to indulge in small Italian delights. The location and decor are unbeatable. Note: XXL-sized pizzas!!

    - Oustau: Discover more about Oustau. Fusion cuisine—sophisticated and original. One of the finest restaurants in the area.

    - Café dels Artistes: The ideal place for a romantic evening—quality dishes prepared with great care. A spectacular location with views of Altea Bay and the Church Square.

    - La Mascarada: Your Bar. Another of our favorite spots, offering a great selection of gin and tonics, a great atmosphere, and the best views.

    - La Costera: Traditional French cuisine. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a typical romantic French restaurant where the setting, ambiance, food, and service wrap you in a sublime gastronomic experience. Located in the beautiful "Parque del Agua" square in the old town. The terrace is beautiful and incredibly romantic.

    - La Capella: Traditional Altean restaurant where you’ll enjoy the best meat at the best prices. The appetizers and homemade desserts are a highlight. An ideal spot for a meal or a romantic evening.

    Art galley "Linda Caparo"

Linda Caparo, founder and owner of Hotel Ábaco, is a passionate artist with a special interest and curiosity in nature painting and abstract scenes. Although born in England, her travels around the world have always encouraged her to create various paintings based on her mood and inspiration.

Before the opening of the hotel, Linda was involved in the launch and restoration of Ábaco Café, where Cuban culture prominently influenced the café’s decor and image. Her passion for interior design inspired her to explore a new style for the former Ábaco Café bar. Since then, Linda has begun painting original portraits and landscapes inspired by old Havana, celebrating the beauty of Cuban women in white dresses and smoking cigars.

Here, you can find a collection of her latest works, many of which are displayed at Hotel Ábaco, Ábaco Café, and other local restaurants. Her success has been so eminent and widespread that she has continued from what began as a hobby, creating unique portraits tailored to her clients’ requests.

We hope you enjoy her achievements, and if you are interested in Linda Caparo’s artwork, please do not hesitate to contact us.
