Story 2: The Place Where It All Began...
We received a very special call. It was from a guest who wanted to propose to his girlfriend… but he wasn’t sure how to do it. He had seen the “Caprichos” section on our website – those little experiences and personal touches we offer to make every stay unique – and thought perhaps we could help him create something truly extraordinary.
We began by getting to know them: What kind of couple were they? What made their hearts race? Which of their shared memories could serve as inspiration? I asked him to send me several photos from their years together, and with that information, we designed the perfect plan.
After a romantic dinner, the idea was for them to return to the hotel and end the evening on our rooftop, beneath the stars. There, an intimate table awaited them, complete with a bottle of champagne, rose petals, and soft music evoking their most romantic memories… and at just the right moment, he knelt down and proposed.
But the surprise didn’t end there. While they were enjoying that deeply intimate moment, we prepared their room: we printed all the photos he had sent and placed them throughout the space, surrounded by glowing candles. The result was a warm, magical scene that left them utterly speechless.
A year later, they returned to celebrate their first wedding anniversary… but this time, it was she who wrote to us. She wanted to prepare a surprise for him, in the very place where it had all begun. She sent us new photos… and a very important message: she was pregnant.
