Pirate Xef: Your GASTRO PubThe TAPAS is one of our favourites; a signature meal made with quality ingredients presented in small TAPAS-type dishes; an informal place, great for an evening for two or with friends. Book in advance.
Castell: Your Italian. Restaurant located in the old case very close to the church. A fantastic place to "enjoy" little Italian delicacies. The location and the decoration are unbeatable. EYE - XXL size pizzas!
Oustau: Learn more about Oustau. Fusion food - sophisticated and original. One of the most exquisite restaurants in the area.
Café dels Artistes: Ideal place for a romantic evening - quality dishes prepared with great care. Spectacular location overlooking the bay of Altea and the Church Square.

The Masquerade: Your Bar. Another of our favorite places, good selection of Gin Tonics, good atmosphere and the best views.
The Costera: Typical food French. Don't think twice if you're looking for the typical romantic French restaurant where the place, the atmosphere, the food and the service will wrap you up in a sublime gastronomic experience. Located in the beautiful square of "Parque del Agua" in the old town. The terrace is beautiful and most romantic.
La Capella: Typical Alteano restaurant, you will taste the best meat and the best price. The best are the appetizers and the homemade desserts. An ideal place to eat and for a romantic evening.

The Hotel Abaco is located in the old town of Altea, very close to the shopping area where you can find everything you need. You can also enjoy a day of shopping or a cultural day in the local galleries that fill the area with life and art.

Place to enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30. If you are not staying at the hotel you also have the possibility to enjoy our delicious breakfasts, do not forget to contact us to make your reservation.

During the day you can use this space to rest, read a book, meet with friends or family and even enjoy a light snack inside or in the outdoor courtyard.

The hotel has a small menu of snacks to satisfy those moments that we like so much.

Linda Caparo, founder and owner of Hotel Abaco, is a passionate artist with a special interest and curiosity in nature painting and abstract settings. Although born in England, she has been able to travel all over the world, so she has always encouraged her to paint different pictures depending on her mood and inspiration.

Before the opening of the Hotel, Linda participated in the inauguration and restoration of the Abaco Café, where Cuban culture strongly dominated the decoration of the Café and the image. Her passion for interior design encouraged and inspired her to try a new style of the old Abaco Café bar. Since then Linda began to paint original portraits and landscapes inspired by old Havana celebrating the beauty of Cuban women in white dresses and smoking cigars.

Here you can find a collection of his latest works, many of which are on display at the Hotel Abaco, the Café Abaco and other restaurants in the area. His success has been so eminent and vast that he has continued what began as a hobby of painting other unique portraits adapted to the request of his clients.
