Renovated 1-bedroom Alteana house 100 meters from the hotel, with modern furnishings, modern appliances and necessary amenities. Ground floor: large kitchen and living room. Second floor: 1 spacious, bright bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Second floor: Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people with direct access to a large terrace overlooking the village and partially to the sea. Bed 160x200. Cleaning: 50€ charge at the time of booking for departure cleaning. Deposit: 100 € upon booking, upon departure cleaning will be made a review of the state of the property, provided it has been maintained and cared for, the full refund will be made. Additional occupancy: 25€ for each additional person (the stipulated price is for 2 persons). Deposit: 25 euros upon arrival and will be returned after checkout. Mandatory charge: 50 euros cleaning fee at checkout.
