A 250 m² three-storey home, thoughtfully designed and renovated to enhance the soul of an authentic Altea house, while preserving the noble character of its original architecture.

The ground floor, filled with pleasant natural light, features the kitchen, living area, a full guest bathroom, a practical storage space and a charming interior courtyard that brings freshness and tranquillity to the home. A functional and welcoming setting for everyday living.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one of them en suite, together with communal areas designed to provide comfort and wellbeing during longer stays.

The third floor, designed in a mezzanine style, houses the third bedroom, with direct access to the terrace: an intimate retreat where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the tranquillity of the surroundings.

This is a home filled with serenity, balance and comfort. An ideal choice for families wishing to stay in the heart of Altea, in a peaceful and authentic setting, just steps away from the vibrancy and charm of the historic centre.

The booking includes a Beach Kit for use during your stay, comprising towels, two beach chairs, an insulated backpack, a parasol and a beach bag.

For houses and studios, a mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €150 applies. A €100 security deposit must also be paid upon arrival, which will be refunded subject to the condition of the accommodation after your stay.
