Hoy queríamos tratar un tema que a muchos nos apasiona, ya que la mayoría del año no somos conscientes en los momentos que dedicamos a planificar un viaje o pensar cual será nuestro destino para unas futuras vacaciones o una escapada de fin de semana. Lo que si tenemos claro es la “idea” de la escapada y lo que queremos sentir. The topic this time is all about travelling. A topic that many of us love doing but sometime do not have the time or energy to organize or plan our vacations. However, I bet you do know exactly how you imagine those vacations and how you want to feel or achieve during those vacations.
Viajar es algo que suele apasionarnos a todos o a casi todos, sobre todo si es para vivir una nueva aventura. No importa si se está acompañado o si se busca tener una experiencia en solitario. El objetivo es pasarlo bien sin tener ninguna preocupación o simplemente para romper con la rutina o escaparse para relajarse, pensar y descansar…En realidad los motivos pueden ser infinitos como también los resultados, como las sensaciones y experiencias que uno vive cuando viaja. Many of us have a passion to travel, especially if it is to live an adventure. Regardless if it is alone or accompanied the objective is to enjoy, relax, break with our daily routine, read, think, or simply rest. In reality, I can think of infinite reasons of why we have the urge of travelling but the reasons why our travel plans can also go wrong are unfortunately endless.
Estoy segura que si nos juntamos un grupo de “amantes del viajar” coincidiríamos en las mismas sensaciones o experiencias. Hay ocasiones donde la experiencia es simple y llanamente pésima, otras veces no es lo que esperabas aunque no hubieran habido novedades o contratiempos, otras veces son viajes de los cuales no sientes nada … sin más un viaje que no volverías hacer con esa persona y otras experiencias que te encantan, que te gustaría volver, que recordarás y … que te apetecen compartir con el resto del mundo tu felicidad o tu propia experiencia. I am confident, if I would randomly select a group of “travel lovers” we would agree on many of the same experiences and sensations. Bland getaways with no excitements, in other occasions you might have experience horrible and “I will never be back again” situations, and other trips where you know that you will be back, never forget and tell the world how amazing your trip was.
Un viaje puede cambiar la vida, tu forma de pensar e incluso tu felicidad. En un viaje aprendes, vives, conoces y experimentas cosas fuera de tu zona de confort o de tu vida cotidiana. I know from past experiences that any type of travelling can definitely change your life, the way to see the world and appreciate what one has. You learn so many things that are unknown to your habits, custom and senses. That sensation, feelings and sublime experiences are those we try to offer in Abaco. A getaway where everything seems to blend in, where the whole trip went just right, like as if magic performed and arranged the whole experience to be unforgettable. Adelina & Thomas han viajado durante muchos años y trabajado en diferentes partes del mundo donde han tenido que conocer diferentes culturas, formas de vida y clientes que han viajado a esos destinos para vivir experiencias inolvidables, por ello cuando decidieron tomar las riendas del negocio su idea, su filosofía, su principal objetivo fue y es tener un lugar muy especial donde aquel viajero que le de la oportunidad caiga en una nube donde se deje llevar para vivir esa escapada llena de momentos inolvidables. Durante sus experiencias han recopilado ideas y sensaciones que consideran que un viajero debe de recibir, sentir y conocer cuando viaja. Adelina & Thomas travelled to many different countries before taking over Abaco, they worked in many countries, learnt about different cultures and customs and ways of travelling. And met many customers looking for that magical experience. This is where their inspiration began and wanted to run a boutique hotel where they could implement all those practices they had learnt and worked in other job experiences and disregarded what they knew was not necessary. Their main goal was to offer a place where their customers could let themselves go and fall on a cloud full of unforgettable experiences.
