25€ as a deposit will be charged at the time of booking and will be returned depending on the condition of the apartment once it is checked out.

25% Deposit when booking (refund in case of cancellation 7 days BEFORE arrival)
75% remaining during the 7 days before arrival. In case of CANCELLATION during this period the amount is NOT REFUNDABLE and CHANGES will be allowed

One Bedroom flat, 20 meters from Hotel Ábaco on the ground and 1st floor. Enjoy absolute independence with Hotel Abaco's care. A great option to feel an "Alteano"! Beautifully designed with the latest kitchen appliances, walking shower and spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional more. Ideal for long stay visits or for a relaxing retreat incase you wish to stay " at home" but still be away from home to disconnect.

25€ will be charged as a deposit upon making the reservation and refunded depending on the state of the apartment once revised upon checkout.

25% deposit of total amount upon making the reservation - refund and modifications permitted in case of cancellation ONLY 7 days prior to arrival
75% remaining balance will be charged during the week prior to arrival - NO REFUND & NO MODIFICATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED DURING THIS PERIOD.
