How do I redeem my BONO ÁBACO?

However, if you want to get a head start on what we will need to manage your bonus, we recommend the following steps:

Visit our website: We have 17 different rooms with different price details.
- AvailabilityEnter the dates of interest in the availability window and you will see all the rooms that are available.
- Know the roomsIf you are still not sure about the dates you can go to the Rooms section and you will see images and descriptions of each of our rooms by category. Write down the names of your favorite rooms to tell us in the email.
Send us an email with the following information:
- Name of the room you liked.
- Send us the BONUS number and expiration date (example: BONOCV23_123454ncnnd).
- Dates of interest
- Photo of your ID card where the address is reflected.
- Phone number to contact you
- Visit the CAPRICHOS and WELLNESS sections in case there are any additional details you would like to include (not alcohol).
Confirmation: Once we review the request, we will contact you to confirm everything before cashing the reservation. We will take the opportunity to ask you for a credit/debit card as a guarantee and to charge you 5 days prior to arrival for the part due to us.
Redemption: We will proceed with the redemption on the BONO VIAJES extranet, and you will receive an email from them as a reference.
Cancellation/change policy: We remind you that we do not accept refunds or changes if you modify or cancel your reservation within 5 days of the expected arrival date of your reservation.
